We handle all the technical details—Zoning review, Committee of Adjustment (if needed), technical drawings (including architectural, structural, HVAC & electrical layout), and Building Permit applications. Our experience navigating local regulations ensures this phase progresses efficiently and without surprises.

With permits in place, construction begins under the leadership of our dedicated team. We schedule the work, manage our family of trades, coordinate materials and ensure quality execution and minimal disruption. Regular communication keeps you informed and confident at every step of the process.
